Returns
We create our products to the highest standard and we hope you'll love them as much as we do, but just in case, here's where we stand if something goes wrong:
If the products you receive from us are faulty then we will be happy to either promptly replace the item, or refund you in full through the card which the goods were purchased. We would ask that any faulty goods are returned to us before issuing a refund.
As most of our goods are printed to order we do not offer a standard refund or exchange service on items if you simply change your mind about wanting them.
