We create our products to the highest standard and we hope you'll love them as much as we do, but just in case, here's where we stand if something goes wrong.
As our goods are print-to-order we do not offer a standard refund or exchange service on items, if you simply change your mind about wanting them or have ordered incorrectly. Due to this, we recommend that you double check your items to ensure you have ordered the correct size etc before confirming payment. If the products you receive from us are faulty then we will be happy to either promptly replace the item, or refund you in full through the card which the goods were purchased. We would ask that any faulty goods are returned to us before issuing a refund. Please note: We ask that all returned items include an print-out of the email thread which confirms the return by a member of our staff. If you arranged it over the phone, please include a note stating which member of staff you spoke to. Orders which are returned without confirmation by us first will not be accepted. Please do not return goods without first speaking to a member of our staff.

Refunds will be made to the card through which you originally used for the purchase. For faulty or incorrect items we will refund any reasonable postage costs that you have incurred returning the goods to us.
